Fair Play

To keep Assume fun for everyone, you agree not to:

• Use bots or automation
• Cheat or manipulate scores
• Exploit bugs
• Create fake accounts
• Harass other users
• Upload illegal or harmful content

Accounts violating these rules may be suspended or removed.

User-Created Challenges

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By publishing a challenge, you grant Assume permission to display, distribute, and host that content as part of the service. You should only upload content you have the right to use.

Assume Points

Assume Points are a virtual reward system. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Future rewards may be added at our discretion.

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Assume name, logo, software, artwork, interface, and original content belong to Assume unless otherwise noted.

Disclaimer

Assume is provided "as is." We work hard to provide a reliable experience but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Assume indicates acceptance of any updated Terms.
